Спустя год после релиза на Rough House Rosie, Seal Bient - он же Семен Пупышев, выпускает мини-альбом на «Фактуре».
В «Нейронных Петлях» Семён продолжает свои исследования в звучании даб-техно, и на этот раз затрагивает более плавные грани жанра, постепенно размывая их до полного эмбиента.
Полевые записи, электростатические шумы и глубокая реверберация затягивают в томные звуковые миры с первых тактов.
Цикл состоит из пяти элементов: импульс, соединение, передача, раздражение, успокоение.
Каждому элементу даётся пространство для дыхания, таким образом создаётся чувство органического.

After one year since his appearance on "Rough House Rosie", Seal Bient (Semen Pupishev) releases new mini-album on "Factura" label. In "Neuron loops" Semen continues his researches in dub-techno sound, and this time he touches more smooth edges of genre, gradually blur them into full ambient. Field recordings, electrostatic noises, deep reverberation tighten in languid sound worlds right after first tact. Cycle consist from five elements: impulse, connection, transfer, irritation and calm. Each element gives space for breath and trough this comes organic feeling.
